If you start feeling dizzy or nauseous, experience pain, numbness or tingling in your chest area during sexual activities, you must stop immediately and call your doctor with no delay.
You should not take this medicine more frequently than once a day. 24 hour pause should be kept between the doses.
You must contact your doctor or look for emergency if your erection is painful or lasts for more than four hours. Continued erection (priaprism) may damage the penis.
